Order Tracking

Receiving Your Package (Important)

  • Make sure your address and phone number are active.

  • Inspect the package condition upon arrival (before opening).

  • If damaged/wet/torn, document with photos/videos.

  • Keep the original packaging until the product is confirmed OK.

If There’s a Shipping Issue
